Do covalent bonds, such as those of sugar, make weak electrolytes in solution?

Covalent weak acids (including all weak organic acids) are also weak electrolytes, as are covalent weak bases. (Ionic weak acids and weak bases, such as NH4Cl and NaF, are strong electrolytes). Sugar, being neither, is a non-electrolyte - it gives no charged particles when dissolved in water.
