Thoughts of getting implants...?

Lately ive been considering implants...ive been asking advice from family and close friends and most of them have been giving the same "text book" answer...I love myself, in AND out...not to mention OUT....i am confident however i feel that implants will make me feel alot better....not all woman get them because they are insecure...my reason is when i look in the mirror i want my body to fill out evenly...i have hips and ...although i am a C cup, at 140 lbs i would like to fill out my shirts a bit more and just feel fab....(NO SARCASTIC remarks please...i just need genuine advice..thanks)
