I am malaysian and can i send my demo cd to the western country?

i have not recorded any songs yet but i'm about to ..... after recording , i am going to make a demo .... after making a demo , i want my song to be heard by the world...... and my plan is to send it to a record company or a radio station ...... but if u guys know any link or email add pls share ..... and about the malaysian thing.... can i????
