Can i use wobbly bolts on pcd adaptors for 100x4 to 100x5?

I have a recently bought a 2007 Fiat Grande Punto with the pcd: 98x4, i heard of wobbly bolts which you can use to use alloys that are 4x100. Can i use these on adaptors for 5x100 wheels?
