Where can i get a tea cup yorkie or pomeranian in Oakland California?

I'm trying to convince my mom to get me a puppy so where can i get one please answer i'm going to give them to her and try to convince her i should get one. I want a newborn puppy at least 1 month old or youngest possible no adoptions though because i want to be with it from the beginning i would like a FEMALE PUPPY!!!!!!
