Help my dog has ingested carpet!please help!?

well i got home today and she had chewd alot of carpet in her cage i guess she scratched at it and ate the shavings but anyway their were huge clumps of puke everywhere with the carpet in it in her kennel so i took her inside and she seemed normal for a little bit but then she threw up it sounded like a water baloon poping and splattering all over the floor and i took her ouside and she has repeated this 3 times i am getting worried and dont know what to do she is groaning/wining as a type =( please help me!
