Flirty-Girl-Fitness? Good? Bad?

I'm uber bored and thought that i'd perhaps buy the flirtygirlfitness exercise videos I saw on TV- but I just wanna make sure- is it a crock? Anyone know? I don't wanna get something i'll end up regretting. :P
