Is it better to just be alone than deal with the drama, heartache, and emotional pain of relationships?

I believe it would be the best decision. Otherwise you would stay on the emotional roller coaster that women will put you through all your life and most likely will just end up wishing you had stayed single anyway. This is not, however, a decision that one can fiddle around with. You must be confident and stick with it. Everyone else thinks its cool to be in relationships and will try to press their opinions onto you. Some may not understand your decision because they've been conditioned to think being single is somehow 'evil' and relationships are just so great. Which as you now know couldnt be further from the truth.
