What to tell my "friend" HELP shes mean?

This is one of those things where you HAVE to speak up for yourself. If you really can't just outright say, "I don't really want to hang out with you any more. Please leave me alone," then just stop doing stuff with her. Don't answer her calls or texts, and if she mentions it in person, tell her you were busy. She needs to learn that you can't treat people the way she's been treating you. Start making new friends and leave her behind. It might seem harsh, but she has to learn.
