Why did Bush speak to North Korea, send a delegation to talk to Iran 3 times and send Condi to talk to Syria?

well one people. we are no longer the most powerful country in the world. i mean thats the exact reason why bush saw orth korea. we cannot upset china since we are in such a big debt to them that if they called for it right now wed be truly screwed. thats also why we coundlt protest chinas very unhumanitairan treatment of tibet. he doesnt meet with syria and iraq because he doesnt feel that they are a threat. i mean today he was demanding of syria basically a change in govt. u cant just do that again. im sorry but we are not so great that people will actually view our refusal to meet with other countires without pre conditions as anything but arrogance. pre conditions just look like were saying hey i wont talk to you unless you do wat i say. if sending him our prez before seeking war is an option why not take it. i mean i dont understand those who say hes going to kill us by talking to these countries.
